With all the stress your body experiences both in fitness and in life, it’s all you can do to have a little fun. Hula hoop is the answer for functional flow with a combination of soul. You will learn how to build strong stabilization through on and off body hula hoop tricks. This class is a great way to restore your strength through fluid joint movements and also feed your soul with the artistry you and the hula hoop will create.
