
What we do in this class
Along with fluid joint rotation, poi gives incredible coordination training. The neuromuscular system is often overlooked and can result in poor mobility and control. Just by challenging your coordination your neuromuscular will strengthen and you will have better reflexes and reaction to a mishap such as stepping wrong off of a curb. Basic fire spinning tricks and transitions are taught in this class to improve neuromuscular control and joint rotation. Fire workshops are available upon request.
